HEALTH, SAFETY & COVID-19 INFORMATION
Per the City and County of San Francisco, The Chapel is no longer requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter the club. Masks are still recommended.
Please note that our policies may change in accordance with any local mandates. In addition, certain shows (at the request of individual artists or their management ) may require masks to be worn, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, or proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry. Be sure to check show specific ticket links for more information.
IS THERE PARKING NEAR THE CHAPEL?
There is no parking provided onsite, but there are parking garages located in the neighborhood. One is the Mission & Bartlett Garage at 90 Bartlett St. (between 21st and 22nd Streets). Another is the Hoff Street Garage at 42 Hoff (between 16th and 17th Streets). There is also some street parking available, with meter enforcement ending at 6pm.

IS THE CHAPEL CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
Yes – SF Muni bus lines 14, 22, 33, 49, and the J CHURCH light rail are all within walking distance of The Chapel. The closest BART station is 16th & Mission – it’s an approximately 10 minute walk from The Chapel. The last BART trains to the East Bay typically depart around 12:20am and the final Southbound trains around 1am. There are also All Nighter bus routes available throughout the city and surrounding counties.
IS THE VENUE ALL AGES?
Yes – but in this case, all ages means 6 years old and up.
DO YOU HAVE EARPLUGS?
We do! Earplugs are available at our box office / coat check area.
CAN I BRING A CAMERA?
The Chapel only allows simple point-and-shoot cameras (not a DSLR or the like.)
IS THE CHAPEL WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes!

IS THERE A FEE TO PURCHASE ADVANCE TICKETS AT THE BOX OFFICE (AS OPPOSED TO ONLINE)?
There is a $1 fee for tickets purchased at our box office. (Please note there is a 3% fee added to all credit card purchases.)
WHAT ARE YOUR BOX OFFICE HOURS?
The Chapel’s box office is open 60 minutes before doors every night we have a show, and also on Thursday and Saturday afternoons from 12:30pm – 5:30pm. Password-protected presale tickets are not available for purchase in person and must be purchased online only.
